Thank you for visiting MEGOFF.com. Ten years ago, based upon our experience working in the aerospace industry, we produced our first fly reel. We’ve had a lot of fun perfecting our designs since 1996. That’s because we’re fishermen ourselves.

At Megoff we don’t mass produce fly reels. In fact, in some cases the reel you custom order will be engineered and produced only once, unique to your demands alone. Creating reels is an art for us. This is about more than cutting edge mechanics; it’s about creative expression.

What you should know about Megoff Reels:

•  We never mass produce our reels. They are available in limited production and special order only.

•  Since 2000 the dominant material in our reels has been aerospace grade titanium. There is not a stronger, lighter reel in the market.

• Want to talk drag systems? Ours was created an engineer who designed aircraft braking systems

•  We treat each client as an individual, customizing your order to your requirements for timing, payment and delivery terms, engraving, etc.

•  Custom orders take three to four months to complete. Please order well in advance of any special occasion.

Each Megoff reel is a unique piece of machinery to be used and treasured for generations, an exclusive companion to your tackle that’s comfortable in any extreme.
